Leadership: Charity must begin at home

We all have been given positions of authority and responsibilities in one or more areas of life: as a parent, a pastor, a leader of a ministry, supervisor etc. How we manage those positions in / out of line with God's word will determine our survival and also for our future generations. Where necessary we must rebuke our children: spiritual and natural. Prophet Eli failed to restrain his children and so he and all his future generations lost their inheritance of priesthood. What can we learn from this?
